At MJS, we are committed to delivering your luxury doors, and trims with the utmost care and efficiency. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clear, straightforward information regarding our delivery services and charges. Please review the following terms to understand our shipping practices and procedures.

We have categorized our delivery services into three zones, based on the distance from our factory. The delivery charges for each zone are as follows (all prices are exclusive of VAT):

1. Zone 1: £140.00 – This zone covers areas within the West Midlands.
2. Zone 2: £250.00 – This zone includes all areas outside of the West Midlands & inside the M25 ring. Please note that these charges are for the delivery of large orders only.

For smaller items, we offer a standard shipping service. The shipping (postage) charge for small items is £15, plus VAT. This service is ideal for items that are easier to handle and require standard shipping procedures.

We also offer a local pickup option for our customers. If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can do so from our premises. There is no charge for local pickup.

Ensuring the safe delivery of your products is our top priority. We take special care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit:

• Painted Items: To protect the finish of painted items, we wrap them in paper and then package them in sturdy cardboard & bubble wrap with protective edging.
• Mirrored Doors: Our mirrored doors are carefully wrapped in stretch film and fitted with protective corners to safeguard against impacts and scratches during transportation.

• All deliveries are to the front door ONLY; further assistance may be arranged upon request, possibly incurring additional charges.
• Delivery times may vary based on the location and accessibility of the delivery address.
• We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please allow a standard lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
• Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damages or discrepancies should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
